Nope,there s not,that s why it s a cruel post nuclear world...learn the wiki by memory,learn from your mistake,have sense of humor and smile when you lose (No frustration,it s useless..),and use often search on this forum about any doubt you may have..learning curve is non existant,it will be very hard in the beginning,but hey,once you settle up and learn how to survive,you will LOVE this.

There is an amazing newbie guide in this section,go for it...
