Buff it. Now char without this skill is really painfull to play. I have 102% outdoorsman skill on one of my char and nearly every single time whe i meet something i must enter. And travel speed is terrible. Oudoorsman should be buffed.

Yep, that's the main reason new players leave. PKers are nothing compared to this. You need at least 150 outdoor to move around your tent and closest mining site.

It's unable to find now, I guess it was junked during some periodic forum cleaning.

Whining and mumbling about this malice is pointless, because of two reasons - devs don't give a shit (around 60-70% people voted against current crawling in poll in my whiny thread) and speed will be, AFAIR, "slightly increased" after wipe (+10%? +5%? it's still "increasing" you know). Like wipe would be necessary to change one parameter in .fos file.

"Junklocked", I guess.
