I think, the handslot activating should have a hotkey.

For example, stimpaks. In hectic combat situation it should be possible to switch with B to the other hand and hit a key to activate the stimpak using, then click on your target.

Or brahmin shoveling: it's kind of a clickfest now, too. A hotkey would reduce the mousework.

Just make the attack shotcut "a" usable for items and not only weapons, but I think it have already been suggested. After wipe, we will have a shortcut to use superstims anyway.
