ill throw 200 in FA and 150 in Doc then, its all about the cooldowns

I would suggest what SEGA_RUS said, more points in the FA Skill than Doc.

Otherwisely, I could use some help too,

from my experienve i could say that doc is more important then FA.

You ask why? answer is easy , even with 60s cd on FA you wont be able to do many heals during fight (checked already with my 300% FA main character) so better deal is to craft super stimpacks and use them. having ~80s cd on doctor skill is very userfull because 70% of players got crippler / sniper that like to break your bones.

I think that merc leader / pure doctor is very good option because you can lvl mercenaries without any problems (they have 100% hp all the time). Check my build below this post, with this doctor you will get very good mercs when buying (+220 hp for one lsw guy).

After wipe i will make new doc build that will be better then this one!

Mercs can be bought with hight HP(near 200)
