let take us to gun runners. an hero is trying to steal my stuff. the guards wont kill him but would warn me. can i just kill him with no back lash? can i kill somebody at gunrunners at casual situation?

If guards warn you: "XXX is interested in your possesions", he becomes unprotected and you can kill him. Alternatively you get RED message in console "xxx failed to rob you".

and don't try to kill anyone at gun runners cause they will fuck u up. trust me
