How many people are playing your server?

Depends on your Timezone.

1stly, we never use the updater for ANYTHING all updates are downloaded from the Forums

Secondly, Fallout.dat is included with your Client. unless you downloaded the client that does not contain it specifically. ( For some odd reason ) in this case you should have found out thats you can change the client to use critter.dat and master.dat, In DataFiles.cfg  ( Note the CFG File ) open that up in notepad and replace "fallout.dat" with "critter.dat" and on the next line "master.dat", then place a copy of your Critter and master's into the client folder ( you should have both of those files from playing 2238 ) then the game should run

Hawks are looking for an enemy here for PvP.

We are also helping Feltzer on the project by making some maps. Personally I have made 2 maps already (Wasserstein right to Broome and Broome sewers.)

Well you could ask for help here or on IRC. And if you still don't know where to put the .dat files, you failed to even look at the top of this page.
Everything must change.

I think you must open DataFiles.cfg and put this inside it:

Code: [Select]
# Fallout content (master.dat + critter.dat)
fallout.dat

Just put fallout.dat inside the main folder.

I was play it yesterday. It look much better than 2238 but this is really hard for newcomers i think. For making tent you need 50 repair but how you may exp on massacre encounters almost with no gun and ammo? Some maps are uselles.

But it is still good. I giving my hope to this project. If it will be finished may be better than 2238 for sure.

mentions only a couple bad things, but also mentions it's overall pretty good and if finished may be better than 2238.

What are you getting at?  That was a pretty concise post.  Lacking in detail but yeah...
