The Modoc Guards

Project - Peaceful Modoc



Modoc. A city that receives the most income from agriculture and animal husbandry. This city is unfortunately under the constant threat of bandits and raiders. As an experienced trader and righteous man I decided that this city needs more protection from bandit attacks, and stricter laws to preserve order in the city. Realizing that over time it is too difficult for one man to defend the city I decided to call to arms all citizens of Modoc who are able to defend and protect the city.
The aim is to establish the safety and protection of all citizens of Modoc so players could exchange experiences between each other in the city, safely trade and help new players in the game.
I am currently working on gathering volunteers and I believe that the project will fully begin after wipe. The law which will be established after wipe(or anytime soon) will affect not only the city but the whole wasteland. It will be very strict and fair law. Those who do not respect the law shall be expelled from the city, and they will feel the same wrath anywhere in the wasteland.

How to apply? Write me a pm, or reply to this topic with:

1. Name/Nickname.
2. Age.
3. How long have you played Fonline.
4. Do you have a microphone, can you use skype or teamspeak? Can you connect to the IRC?
5. Your best character level.

Recruits will have a week trial after which will be decided if they can or can not become The Modoc Guards members.
Basic requirements are to be fair, active and honorable.

Nice idea but I'm a but confused you write that it will begin after wipe but you ask the ones who would like to participate about their characters level I don't see how it would connect. Anyway the idea is nice if you start it I suggest making high CH chars and getting slaves and mercenaries (system will be changed completely but I have no better idea) since Madoc has no milita.

Just because a reply is against your original post, it does not mean it's unnecessary. And just because it is not unnecessary, it doesn't mean it is "necessary". In the case of my reply, I would say it's rather helpful: something like what you would like to do in Modoc (as well as any similar project) has already been done, and ended up in fail.

After the wipe the gameplay might change and allow the control of town in various ways. I don't really care at the moment if it will fail or succeed, since the game is very dead now.

Sorry Marko but you was always same and with your very specific behaviour to others, your project will fail. Who want be in one city or even faction with someone who can be only rude and offensive?

And you can take this as advice  8)
