no. (use the FCP to make sure you have a perfect build and remebr to ask for help) Victis, just so you know drugs can be taken to get your profs.
Also, 5 end is the same as 4 end, make sure end is always a even number, also 3 ch not 5, also 6 luck for perks or 1 luck.
You CAN make good PVE/ TB PVP builds that can craft.
just simple stuff, read the wiki before you make a build bla bla.
 
Go on IRC, ask for a good build for what you want to be, i suggest sg sniper because SG guns are plenty and easier on ammo.
You dont need to craft, waste of time. although if you afford the special point maybe think about Int 7, with this + mentats you can get doctor 3 and make drugs.
Profitable and handy for personal use.
