I met all the requirements to buy gunsmith smallgun lvl 3 (120% repair, 90% science, 150% small gun, 5 Strength 8 Agility and 4500 caps, already joined raiders) and I talked to Miller in the raiders base, but when I click on the sentence about weaponry I couldnt see the next one about learning it. Is it a bug ??

Do you already have 3 total levels in professions?

You have to buy Gunsmith (SG) level 1 and level 2 first.

I have the same problem
Miller, in raiders. I do not have the option to talk with him about the profession. The first question I have already had nothing to say and go back to the main panel
Fulfill all the conditions, skills, stats, quest. caps.

Is it back to 3 levels max?
Before the wipe you could have 4 levels total, did that change? If so, can any GM confirm it because there's no mention of it in the changelog.

A lot of people were assuming 3 as the maximum before too, because that was what the devs said on the blog. I'm asking because it'd be sweet to make a 2SG, 2Arm loner char.

or and sg3 arm1 character, the advanced weaponry would meke if a worthwhile tradeoff
