I`ve described that problem very well. I can take 1 grand of my 10 million caps every day coz there is too much people waiting for chance to get some caps from their bank accounts. Other cities is ok but not VC. So DEAR MADAM MRS WIPE think twice about what can anybody mean before you move his topic to junk and call him a troll pl0x! Just make a chance for get more caps, that`s it I`m asking for. There is no need to describe anything else.

So that system sucks that`s all, (in ncr my friends can take like 100k caps every time they goes to bank, in BH even more so it`s not really same thing).
