Door suddently locked?

Not exactly sure what you mean by "semi-perm", but place is only availible (permanent) after a talk with a trapper..

The doors down there, doesnt lock though... Been going there for a long time, and I remember the first time I was there, I went through ALL the rooms in search of goodies.

After posting this, a lockpicker offered to have a go at it... 300% with Expanded Lockpicks couldnt get it open for us..

If that being the case, then the question on my mind, would be: Why, and for whom?
No doubt a safe santuary in the caves would be any drugdealers dream.
