I am level 2 and my tag skill are small guns speech and first aid

I have few guns and armor and some ammo

Wouldn't bother with speech. It's pretty useless at this point.

I wouldn't join a faction if I were you. Just make a few friends and hang you together. Unless you want to make a carbon copy drugged up sniper
