Where is the best place to buy rot gut..... Is it craftable?

At the hub there is a still in a depot in the east side... or if u have acces to a base ( any kind i think ) there is a still in it. u use wood on the still and then use fruits (2) and TADAM u distilled a marvelous brevage ;D.

P.S.: u could stand in the middle of NCR and shout "wtb rot gut" but probably wont have that many offers.

well, i've started my first alt and i can tell you now from personal experience, brewing rot gut is a total bitch...
ha!, got 50 rot guts in one batch  :-*

I couldn't find any choppable trees or a still in the hub junktown.  Did they remove them during the wipe?

I can say with 100% surety that there are no stills in junktown :)
