There are 2 types:

1st is logo fonts like here:



2nd is standard ingame typing fonts like here:

There are several fonts in game files, just browse your master.dat

i opened master.dat extracted 5 .fon files and cant open them even with program like amp font viewer.....

any ideas ?

You could extract them just fine there. Eh, but the normal FO font is Gothic 821 Cn Bt. You can find it here. http://www.azfonts.net/load_font/goth821c.html Note, that it has a license and must not be used for any commercial projects without having the proper license for it.

I think the fallout logo (look picture 1) use some different font than Gothic 821 Cn Bt. I already tried that font and its different.

Here is the green text's font (slightly edited by me: "zero" looked like "eight" so "zero" is little bit different). Even the original JH_FALLOUT font is "home made", so it is not 100% correct.
