LSW sneaker build

I never understand why it has to be LSW.
Avenger at 1 hex -20% from 6 str has no effect at all and is far more deadly.
one clip in and one extra clip on the side.
can anyone explain? I've never made my own so I am going off of assumptions from current data.

Michael, its very simple - minigun needs BRDx2 to deal its crazy damage. Also it depends on what type of bullets you use(you dany have free carry weight). You dont have free perks to have brd x 2 (damage from 1 hex from LSW and minigun is almost the same) so the choice is simple.

he means to take a thief perk when you're 20 and alredy have 285 sneak skill. It's very good choise because its better than educated on lvl 8, i've alredy calculated this

You don't have to take educated or thief to make a good sneaker , 10 int & skilled is enough.

Educated or thief is just a waste of perk.

Did you ever played lsw sneaker ? This character isn't to 1hex attack everyone he can , it isn't easy to go one hex to sniper .With lsw you can kill some one from distance , with avenger you can't.

6 silent running :-\ it's impossible with skilled. 4 8 12 16 20 - you can take perks only on this lvls, and you cant take silent running on 4 lvl. Also i agree with LAg MAster about HP.
