One advice don't wear combat leather jacket , with it you will be seen from one hex more.

I would either go with 300 sneak plus Ghost to make it 330 or take sneak down to 270 which will be 300 with Ghost.
Someone will be able to tell you better than I but I don't think the difference between 300 and 330 is really worth the invested skill points which means you wouldn't have to take skilled.

270 wouldn't be enough (~10kg LSW + 2 kg stuff) that's why i dicided to take 285%
