nope this is the right place to be talking about bountys general forum for for general game talk. gang issues is like it says a place to get and to settle things so this is in right place he is mad someone killed him so he post a bounty..... gms would move it to here if he placed it in general.

I do not care really where this should go, I would even say to remove this kind of topic, because it always degenerates into troll or a moderator or GM must intervene.

Maybe he could write this kind of mockery of a better kind of suitable notice on #2238rage .

if bounty system worked and he could but any price he wanted. then yes i would agree with you that this type of topic should be removed. but currently this is the only way you can put a bounty on someone for what ever amount you want.
