Guards in NCR 2

i was walking in NCR had daypass and car key in my hands, in my pocket was 50k. Gray armored guards shot my while i was walking lost everything including last car key. Fun game never know what happens :) i am upset

But, what do you mean by "daypass"? There is no such thing as a daypass for NCR.

You cannot enter NCR city with a gun, same as for example Junktown.

The town entrance and vortis slave area is ok to be armed, but inside NCR city (the part
surrounded by walls) you will be warned first to take your weapon out of active hand, if
you dont do it guards shoot you.

Edit: Sry just red you had key and card in hands, strange^^ Maybe one of those items
is counted as a weapon!? I remember been killed once cause i had shovel in hand.

So you got shot in town by Players?

btw, he said he had a Daypass, not more. he does not mean a daypass for NCR.

I used to be a bag of dicks, but then I grew up. I gave many of you guys a hard time, but on the other side I kept myself busy with helping players, and I never gave up on that.

Still, the FOnline community is a thing of it's own class.

i got shot near the iguana bits salesman near the entrance, the guards were running and shooting each other and one of them shot me and not by acident, they were with gray armor and where shooting those with braun combat armor

Are there any metal armor guards in ncr? Haven't been there in awhile but chances are those were somebodies mercs set to attack everything.

no that wasn't mercs they were with Combat Armor Mark II and there were 7 or 8 of them

Last time i checked combat armor mark 2 wasn't gray. Also how low is your reputation?

Yesterday I saw there were NCR rangers with sniper rifles spawned at entrance, don't know how it's now. May be they were spawned not like ordinary NPCs, probably guard's burst cougth one of those rangers and they gone mad and wanted to kill guards, guards protected themselves and started to kill rangers, crazy guards like to burst in town and kill alot people by this, may be it was a burst from guard(s). If it so, then it's GM abuse! Because they spawned those rangers! If not, then it's possible you killed some of NPC(s) in town before, then you came into thier FoV, they gone mad and wanted to revenger for thier death and shot/punch you, guards saw this and killed you.

About reputation, it doesn't matter, if he had <-1500 he would die instantly almost in loading screen.
If he has >-1500 reputation, then it won't affect guards behaviour somehow.

Not if the guards were going insane when he joined, then they shoot each other instead of him when he spawns. Damn but logic hurts.
