There are servers coming where you can play as ghoul or mutie if i recall right.

A little spamming for the 3d development base models are done for ghouls (they have textures too), other body types like mutants and midgets are done too but they missing textures. (well armature too). Spamming over
About the asking for skins well if the gm you ask has a good sense of humor I'm sure you will find yourself in a centiplode skin.
Btw seriously I have nothing against that some gets skins its actually quite interesting to see chars that look different but I think I will stick to the general looking normal player dude.
