unfortunately, during troubled times like now (you know, everybody has heard about the end of the World, people are going crazy and tend to shoot each other for no reason...), even the Great Lawyers can commit mistakes.  That's what happened on this video. We knew the town was under CS control (and is damn empty most of the time), so we thought every guy in it or staying too close from us was a potential aim/threat. Too bad this guy was just an innocent civilian. But you know, shit happens.
Of course the victim's family can ask for a compensation to our Request and Complaint Department. Forms are available in your language, ask a member of staff.

Monsiuer Heckler I understand you 100%. You've summed it all up by saying "Shit happens" but I am confused as to why player X denies it. You are roleplaying gang roleplaying with your own law is nothing wrong or gamebreaking in that.
