how about if we take drugs we will see some camera changes(like some colors to change, or to see random rainbows from time to time, also some sort of controled Lag(players don't move for druged people vision)

i mean drugs have this type of evects,no?

At the topic, there was some interesting shader created to make the screen blurry when a certain amount of beer was drunk ingame. It was for Fallout 2 though, made through the sfall if I remember correct.

For the suggestion, could be funny, but not very easily done, I am not sure it does worth it. But I'd love to have ability to make your own custom "high screen" (there was a mod like that which was mading fallout 3 almost good when you were high and you were taking drugs IG).
