Every single trader in Broken Hills will not server 1ch characters.  Is it just me, or is this a bit out of line...?  All these traders live in a town full of super mutants and ghouls, yet they cannot stand an ugly person?  NOT EVEN THE GHOUL IN THE BAR WOULD SERVE ME!

Which is admittedly hilarious....  Still doesn't make the least bit of sense.

So can we get some traders in here who can logically deal with ugly people?

u no NPC's have feelings too or maybe he is jealous of ur "smooth skin"

I always tough its kind of weird, maybe the humans in town have their reasons (in fall 2 they were mutant haters, so probably ugly people  can look to them as "un pure" humans ) but a ghul? Weird:)

In my opinion all npcs in BH should trade with ugly people as well. It would be sensible because Unity fights against intolerance, they even put men in jail for saying bad words about other races.

Charisma isnt just cosmetic though, probably put your foot in your mouth with some racist ghoul joke or something.

Charisma dont defines how beauty are you, it defines....how charismatic are you
the dialogs written for ch1 players are wrong, ch1 means that you are ugly AND you are too introvert and shy (and sociopath) to talk with the people, so ghouls think youre a tiny idiot guy and they dont talk to you. there can be a smooth talker ghoul with 6ch, unfortunately that dont save him of being shoted down by Enclave or BOS 

at least half of the dialogs should be changed for things like "why do you just stand there? get out of the my shop!"  "what the hell did you say?"  or simply "......."
