guys with 16 years or less should sleep 8-10 hours, other 6-8.
Is supposed that 5 hours is enough, because there you begin your REM. Actually you can allucinate if you suffer of REM privation, i do this a little bit but i dont recommend to do it for more than a week:
-The REM is Rapid Eye Movement wich is what it describes, your eyes move when your sleeping generally following what you do in your dream.
-The REM indicates when you dream. you need to sleep more than 5 hours because you NEED to dream.
-sleep until the REM but wake up when it happens will cause you allucinations
-normally it happens around the fifth sleep hour, just put your clock to sleep 5 hours,try different time until you wake up in the moment of begin to dream (thats the hard part) then do it for some days, from 5 to 6 and voila!!!
you will allucinate in the day!! tough not really big things, you will see human figures, and when you turn back they will not be there, also you will begin to see faces everywhere, if you still doing that, they will become bigger but i dont recommend that.
