Usually 2-5 hours. So I've picked 3. Seems I'm pretty insomniac when I compare my length of sleep to yours.

1 hour each 5 hours,  i dont know but i cant sleep more than 2 or 3 hours in a row, believe me is not funny,
also i never drink any alcoholic or energetic thing. but i drink like 6 cups of coffe in a day, i left the cigarrete 2 years ago. but im still unable to sleep.
In fact say "i only sleep 3 to 6 hours" is a bad thing, i really suffer for that, dont try to be like "oh yeah sleep is for n00bs"

yes i know is the coffe im not idiot
but i cant no drink coffe... mommy taught me since i was inside her 


guys with 16 years or less should sleep 8-10 hours, other 6-8.
Is supposed that 5 hours is enough, because there you begin your REM. Actually you can allucinate if you suffer of REM privation, i do this a little bit but i dont recommend to do it for more than a week:
-The REM is Rapid Eye Movement wich is what it describes, your eyes move when your sleeping generally following what you do in your dream.
-The REM indicates when you dream. you need to sleep more than 5 hours because you NEED to dream.
-sleep until the REM but wake up when it happens will cause you allucinations
-normally it happens around the fifth sleep hour, just put your clock to sleep 5 hours,try different time until you wake up in the moment of begin to dream (thats the hard part) then do it for some days, from 5 to 6 and voila!!!
you will allucinate in the day!! tough not really big things, you will see human figures, and when you turn back they will not be there, also you will begin to see faces everywhere, if you still doing that, they will become bigger but i dont recommend that.

when i work alot i come to home like at 24.00 , come to bad at 01.00 , wake up and stand up at 5-6.00
and yes- i drunk coffee like 4 cups after work and 1-2 during day, and not shitty coffee, good coffee
and smoke like 2 packs of siggs.
and i use drugs to feel not nasty all that time
so sleeping 4 hours isnt so good, but its needed norme to work alot

Reiniat: if you need help sleeping, just do this: consult yourself inside your head with alternative personalities. Find some sort of compromise of way of living thant sleep freely(it works for me, i get callmed for wining a combat inside me)

also coffe is bad, 1 cup of coffe dehydrations you with 1/4l wather, so 6cups mean you have to dring twice the ammount of wather you need everyday to keep hydrated
