Im thinking of making this group a RP group, but we would attack when weak factions are trying to take towns..

The Tychos? What do you mean? After looking the word up in Wikipedia I have not found any reason to understand why that would be the name of a faction. Does the word tycho have some other meaning than these?

(Also, notice that the ranger Tycho from Fallout is the first one mentioned under the "In fiction" list
