Rookie Questions about starting factions

Hiya, hope this is the right sub-forum for this... here goes:
1.) There are currently no names available for factions!
In order to obtain a base for me and my friends, we would have to buy an existing base from someone (like a cheap cave), and then re-buy our wanted type of base (gasstation or outpost), correct?
2.) What risks is there in keeping a pre-owned base? Will old members still see it on worldmap?
3.) If I have to go buy it alone, can I get a few random 38 HP bluesuits to tag me, and act as a friends for the purchase, then remove them permanently afterwards in the faction computer?
4.) Can I change the name of my faction later, if I regret my choice?
Im sure some of you experienced players knows the answers to these.
Regards

1) no names left so you must buy one from someone else then yes if its cave and you want a outpost then re-buy.
2)risk is old members can see it raid your base till you take them off the members list in faction terminal and kill them then they cant see it anymore. people also added as friends can see the base but if they die on the base they also cant see it anymore.
3)you need 3 people to get a base i dont think lvl of them matters just no dual loggin to get thoses 3 members. so yes you can get 2 of your friends to make new bluesuit alts and go buy a base.
4) no you must keep the name you choose you cant pick custom names. but if there is many names you can change name of faction by picking a new name from list, your old base will disapear along with the stuff in it so if you do this make sure to take the things you want out. or make a new alt for the new base so you have too bases and add leader of older base as friend so he can also see that base.
edit: next time you have a question put it in survival guides this is a question on how the game works you are not saying anything about your faction.

i never did this but i believe they wont be able to see it. i remember last wipe at the end i wanted to buy a base so i checked trades there was one i put a bet. after a little bit of betting manero who was part of that faction (it was one of the rda bases i think), said that anyone who bought it would be killed because he will raid it. seller said to just rebuy base and everything would, be fine so i think if you re buy you should be golden. ..... never got to buy base wipe happened a couple days later.
