just wanted to say that I think its dumb that if you join the brotherhood in ncr that ncr will shoot you on sight.  What sense does that make?  It also makes it incredibly difficult to travel anywhere, because you can run into ncr army in encounters from junktown up reno. frustrating.

whilst im not sure how relevant that is, after a few days your rep will go back up to -200 so they will stop shooting at you.

well reputation will go back up to -200 whilst you are offline, if you remain logged in then your rep doesnt seem to move.

as silly as it may seem it was a measure to stop people from griefing players in the ncr bazaar using the idolized status. you would probably be complaining in a thread about that if it wasnt changed.

you dont need to be genius to understand that you didint encounter them because of cooldown, not because they are hard to find. Good critters cant be encountered too often or it would be abused. These cooldowns are just fine.
