At the moment all NPCs are able to talk only with one person at the time. And it is okey, but there are some situations where this is a serious problem. Thus i would love to see a new type of NPC that can talk with multiple persons at the time. It would be great for events, when there's a lot of people in small place. They all could get to know what event is about from an NPC fairly quickly. It could also be used for other purposes :)

It used to be like this before August 2010 wipe. It was either 2 or 3 people that could talk to a merchant at the same time. I blame TLA/SDK engine - in TLA server and other SDK servers, you can only talk to one person at a time.

Unless it's intentional, which I don't see why it would be.

Tenses/plurals may be hard for translation.

Yes, this is enforced by an engine change, will be changed in the future when possible.

I assume that "they're" in "They're talking to too many people at once." message was ment to serve as impersonal pronoun and substitute "He/she is". But it doesn't sound good and i am not even sure if that's grammatically correct. I suggest using "The person is currently busy talking to someone else." instead, or alternatively "The person can't talk to more people at once.".
