Register more bases under the same name.

Simple solution for our problem with faction names. If one player takes a base under a name he should have the oportunity to take more bases under the same name. Single faction, single name, more bases.

Also, let players choose their faction names, it's ridicoulous to be put to choose a name for your faction.
