actually donation items arent that bad an idea... as long as they arent items that unbalance the game, like in this situation most games would offer the high up gear, but instead, fonline could offer unique items, or skins, that have no effect on gameplay at all, or even things like different colours for armour, (like a 5 euro donation + combat armour = ncr armour) kind of thing, and its not illegal if its donations, alot of wow private servers do it, its a gift for donating, not selling an item, just something fun to recognise donaters for the generous people they are
and if its classified as a gift, its not illegal, as its not breaking any sort of copyright.
