Any game that uses item shops should be banished from the surface of the Earth. Only thing worth consideration is P2P or monthly fee and since FOnline can't use neither, then its dependent on developer/admin cash and some small aid from donations.

because the Fallout Universum rights holder (Bethesda?) would mean it if somebody else used it for profit.

So it is possible without violating the copyrights to receive money for troubleshooting Project that by mutual soglassii users with contract!
That is to troubleshoot and not to enrich the staff!
