My first account Trohan got banned for 6666 hours , which was really my fault for not reading the rules. However I would like to create a new character, but the game says that I need to wait 10 minutes. I have waited a lot longer than 10 minutes but still cant create a char. Any help or am I banned for good?

Your banned character is standing offline in NoLogOff location where he can't leave game, so until some good natured GM kick your banned character from the game, you won't be able to log in, of couse there are ways to avoid relog feature which you can use.

If you are banned, you are banned, that's it. It's like the court in real life...
Thier decision is your law. You break yet another rule when re-registring a
new account. I would suggest you to contact that GM that banned you and
tell him that you diden't knew and never ever will do it again. It's still his decision
if you will get un-banned. Stick to the rules, read them before you enter the game.
