BTW the 911 channel is usually trolled by 4 players from old rogues, looking for TB battles around NCR and the Hub, making fake distresses and such. I think Rascal was one of them, can't remember rest of names.

I mean the whole police movement, good to know about the trolls though

I think that the police department is still WIP, however will become operative after the wipe.
