As far as I remember the radio channel "911" is used by another project named "Wasteland Wildlife Protectors", so since using same frequency for two projects is a little bit complicated, I suggest to contact with the WWP lead persons to solve this issue somehow.

mmmm.... guys if you want to be lawyer it's a very hard job. Believe me look this http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?topic=15238.0 the lawyer (TTTLA) are the most hate. So prepare to be attack by all player :D.
