how Fast Metabolism works ?? as in Fallout gives more HP over Time, or gives HP faster, or donno what.

Well, (i'm not sure how often the hp regain is) but depending on your Regen Rate (Fast Metabolism is +2) it will give that amount of hp every time.

Might be 5 mins or something, let's see example.

12 Regeneration Rate
Wait 5 minutes.
+12 hp.

I'm pretty sure this is how it works.

fast metabolism is a trait that increase your healing rate by 2.

if you mean how healing rate(HR) works, each 5 minutes (i think) you regain hp equal to the HR value.

so it's each 5 minutes...  shouldn't it be "faster" if it's fast metabolism ??

Yeah, the trait is kinda misleading and not really worth it in the long run (compared to the rad and poison resist you lose for it). Instead of +2 hp regen, how about -2 minutes in the amount of time it takes for each hp regain.
