Players need more content and more game mechanics to implement their RP projects and i think NCR military camp was a first try. Let's hope domination mod will solve this out.

Roleplay is about the way you play your character, it doesnt have to be a project. There is so few roleplayers in this game, it is hard to find enough to start a roleplay project, if not impossible. That said, if you want to start something, i will try to help.

How about a cult living in an old bunker, praying there god en carrying out is orders?
A group of illuminati trying to build a new world order in secrecy.
A mining company with is guards, miners and administrators.
A group of tribals (maybe even cannibals) that hardly speak and understand English, having there own language.
Some aliens of human appearance (or humans thinking they are aliens) trying to conquer earth!

If you think about something more mainstream, just be sure to give it some flavor, there are plenty of raider and civilized (often called Anti-PK) gangs.

Well, I had 2 ideas to start off, thinking about a possible third.

first one is about a small civilization of people that have been living inside of an abandoned tunnel network for hundreds of years, learning the ways of mining and crafting items from the rock. As they discovered the long forgotten path to the surface, they have to learn to deal with the sun (all characters will have the night person trait) and how to deal with the surface dwellers. (It's different from emerging frmo a vault because they have been sustaining themselves on their own in a mine, while vault dwellers lived in their comfortable living quarters)

second one is about a group of cultists who worship the "mystical" properties of laser weapons and plasma, and how they believe it's the harvested energy of their deity, a form of electrical current that is a sentient being that lives in all forms of energy. They belive the enclave are the followers of a "rival deity" that is only trying to obtain energy weapons to destroy them. seeing as how they believe it's the harvested energy of their god, the cultists objective is to reclaim and restore all forms of energy weapons and to "relieve" the enclave of their energy weapon caches.


Oh, and you're right, it doesn't HAVE to be a project, but it's a lot more fun when it is, because it's more organized and set up then a play run RP.

There are the Slags in the Ghostfarm Northeast of Modoc.
