(Im ot sure this is how or where I post this please forgive me! )

I was thinking of getting the USR's name out there even more so...! Is it possiable to have a presidential speech at a major place perhaps redding because of the things I have been hearing, or NCR.

I would need guards making sure nothing insane happens and a spot to talk and for all the people of this fine wasteland to watch and relax. Also I would need a prop vertibird just to give effect. It would have to be behind me where I give my speach. Also could the guards be in enclave power armor as I like the look better if not we could try something else?

Afterwards people can ask me questions and I will anwser them than I would take off in the vertibird and that would be the conclusion?

Also to do this security would have to be tight guards every where and if possiable if some one pulls out a gun they get shot?

You are a random wastelander in this game, not some President. What have you been hearing about Redding? The WWP do have a government and stuff, but it's not because someone just stood up one day and said "imma become the freaking chancellor". It was the result of detailed planning and organization with quite a large amount of players who've been around for a while, know the game well and therefore can organize this kind of stuff.

If you wanna add some more sense to your "rebuilding America" RP thing, I'd suggest to role play as the leader of some kind of nationalistic guerrilla, so you could form a gang and TC... so you would be fighting to control territories to rebuild America. Makes more sense to me than just popping out of nowhere and tell everyone you are the President or something.

I dont mean to hurt any one? Im not saying im the leader of ALL! Im saying Im the president of the USR a small group wanting to be bigger and help out people. Im very sorry if that isnt in your agenda :/ ? Also I'm not some totaltairan who wants to control every thing!

It's not about hurting anyone, not about being the leader of anything, not about being against anybody, etc. It's about not being able to just ask GMs or people who don't know you, to let you use a Vertibird and help as guards and even kill any sad punk who pulls out a weapon.

I don't have anything against you. What I'm trying to say is that you can't just join the game (you started playing not so long ago, am I right?) and almost immediately pretend to form a gang big enough to develop a RP project and events of that kind.

Best is to just play "normally", start your gang, make it grow, get some experience in the game, get some friends and allies, and just then start thiking about a RP project IF most of your people agree and your allies can support you.

I have a similar RP project it is called BADGETOPIA it is where I am allowed inside Fort Seth along with the tastiest ladies and dudes of the wasteland who have to hang out with me and think I am great. If anyone says anything mean to me they are shot because that is the role we are playing.

I like what your doing the RP part , but remember to have some recognition in the wasteland you need power , you won't achieve a goal in this desert without raw manpower and guns. You want to make a speech , alright its fine RP but who will listen to you ? No offense , but personally i would not give a damn about your speech , knowing you cannot achieve anything yet - empty words.
