Give somekinda reward for killing vilified people

Idolized feature doesn't even apply anymore, so that isn't a problem.

Sorry if it's too much suggestions in your topic, but it was accidentally, new suggestion to support another one and in the end your suggestion.
It could be something that you possess from that player, what he can give you anyway, if he's your friend, so it'll be useless to exploit, but it'll be useful against who isn't your friend.
The only problem... what it can be, there's full loot already. I don't think players can give something one another except for items.
If it'll be caps in bank account, then vilified people won't have any bank account, so they won't lose anything and thier killers won't earn those caps.

Prolly it may work like that:
Banks give you some benefit if you're holding your caps there (but not interest rate again ^_^), so it'll be useful to keep caps there. But if you have Vilified with someone and was killed near thier territory, you'll lose some ammount of caps from any of your bank accounts, and your killer will earn those caps if he has atleast one bank account somewhere.
Then here goes another suggestion...
Why should you open bank account, if you may lose caps, because someone killed you near territory where you were vilified? 1) If you drop alot caps on ground or put in container or leave in character who will go offline... they will disappear after some time.
If ignore this realism, it might work, but then they will make alts... who will create bank account and keep there all caps, so when thier main character die, he won't lose anything.
So, here:
2) You may reach like ~5th level without bank account, but then you'll need to own atleast one bank account somewhere and have X ammount of caps, in all your bank accounts together, to be able to level up further, or else you'll stuck on that level and always will earn 0 exp for all actions.
This way alting will be not so good + when you see those bluesuiters running around who know that they have nothing to lose, actually they will, if you'll always lose caps on death after ~5th level.

Of couse there's no realism, but it'll make PKing reward possible + discourage alting + impossible to exploit.

An now, back to your suggestion:
Yeah, it'll be possible to earn caps for killing vilified people if they're atleast ~5th+ level (or whatever) with those suggestions, which never will be implemented.
If without suggestions, then you don't even need to think, because:
if it's something useful (reputation/items/required for some quest(s)/required for joining some NPC faction(s)/etc), then everyone will kill thier vilified friends to achive it.
if it's something useless, then... what this suggestion for?

Sorry, didn't saw your answer.

Well, it's possible to solve, probably my next suggestion is a bit... harsh, but well..:

For example to reach X level, you need to have Y ammount of caps total on all your bank accounts (or on some one).
Just for example Y equals to X*2000, starting from X=5, so you can get 1st 5 levels without caps.
If you have leveled to 6th level, because you have 12000 caps in bank it's ok, but if you die being very very very bad person in some location and near that location (for example Vilified in some town +nearby squares in wasteland, or if you had < -1k rep or something), you'll lose some ammount of caps and that player who killed you will earn them to nearest bank if he has atleast one bank account.
If you have no 12000 caps anymore in your bank (for example you have only 11000), next time you die by this way you'll get a message that you're screwed and replicators won't replicate you because you're bad person and have no caps, you'll need a friend (or alt...) to transfer those caps to your bank account, and only then replication timer will start.
So now, if you're 21st level, you'll need to keep some caps in your bank account to be able to replicate if you're very bad person and died in thier territory by player.

Offtop to make suggestion flood in this topic!!
This feature will also make possible Bounty Hunting, because it's impossible to exploit and fully player based.

You don't like one guy. You're going to police chief and, if you have enough reputation in this town, giving him X caps for his head. For example you may put up to 5k caps on head. You put 5000 on his head and those caps disappeared from you. Now if someone will kill that guy, that guy will lose 5k caps from his bank account (if he has any) and his killer will get those caps.
Impossible to exploit, because:
1) If you ask your friend to put a bounty on your head and then kill you, you both will earn nothing, only lose, because he lost 5k caps on it, after killing you, you lost 5k caps and he earned 5k caps, total: -5k caps.
2) If someone put bounty on your head, and you saw that, you asking your friend to kill you, your friend will simply earn your 5k caps, like if you just gave them to him. But... it'll remove bounty on your head... so noone else will take it. That's the only problem, but anyway you'll need to always keep eye on those bounties to see if you're there and then ask your friend to kill you to remove it, also to make it annoying, dying from bounty could lose a bit more caps than earning his killer. For example you put 5k caps on his head, his friend killing him and earning only 4k caps and dead guy losing 6k caps.
*Bounty should be limited so rich players won't screw someone's character by putting million bounties on his head, so he won't replicate forever and have to ~deleteself. Prolly 5k will be max and with time gap like real life day or something, so if he died by bounty, next bounty can be set only in 24 hours.
All those bounties +all Vilified characters can be shown somewhere in public places and in police office.
