Give somekinda reward for killing vilified people

Ok, this made me laugh a bit ;D Ok, I'm lying, it made me laugh quite much ;D Still, if anything, then I think it should be something like kill X number of UNIQUE (not 100 times the same wastelander) and get something that you do use or don't use, it wouldn't matter anyway. Some people like leveling by grinding molerats, some like doing it by doing fun quests.

No harald, you wont make fortune if you will get booze at like once in 2 minutes (1 minute to respawn, and 1 minute to go somewhere to meet). Also reputation system is changed, its not abusable. We tried it in town, with rusty, he was made vc faction leader with big rep, and vc guards still killed him when he attacked a random summoned npc. So i see no ways to abuse it.

NPCs? And what? When I was Idiotolized during its abusing time, I exploded poor Sha Enin with bazooka by accident shooting some other guy and missing to him because of 5% to hit, and guards protected him, because he isn't player, also I was shooting that guy before and nothing and I know that he had not so high rep, so it's because of Sha Enin.
But still if devs said that victim must be atleast <0 rep to be able to kill with high rep, then it's true, well... I didn't tested it myself, but I believe them or else you would see PvP in NCR again, but there's no any.
