There are many variants to this build. I will list those that I've came up with.

Key notes: 33% crit chance, ability to supply self with AP ammo for P90Cs, leather armors and minor healing agents, good OUT, good healer, good DPS, 1 merc/slave available.
Variation #1: You can sacrifice CH for LK 10, but for +2% crit chance you're sacrificing slave/merc leadership. This variation is applicable to every other variation.
Variation #2: SPECIAL & perks same as base. Swap Finesse for Good Natured, so that you can get DOC2 (req 115% FA & 80% DOC, you still need mentats). Don't put anything in SC & RE, because you won't need AP ammo. This means you can also not craft armors. To get to 205% SG and 96% OUT, you need to complete
this quest before getting level 2.
Variation #3: ST 5, AG 7, add Small Frame (so that you get AG 8). You will have healing prospects as good as Var #2. You won't lift as much though. You will get to 205% SG, DOC2 reqs and 96% OUT. So, you're a sniper now. Also, do not add points to SC & RE.
Variation #4: #3 & #1 to get max crits sniper.
Variation #5: Sacrifice MC in base build or variants #1 and #2 for BRD. Trade off 10% crit chance for 4 dmg per bullet, or 5% crit chance for 2 dmg per bullet.
Variation #6: Don't invest in FA & DOC in any variation, so that you can have much more SG.
