How to become a ghoul?

Then, "+requesthelp" and ask GM nicely to turn you into a ghoul.
Enjoy your inability to wear armours.

I asked a GM to turn me into a negroid permanently. Didn't get banned. Lived it up safely until level 15. Afterwards I was tired of being a town medic.

Gatling:
Primitive tool or Hatchet on certain trees in encounters.  The trees look like little matchsticks, and will show the Hand icon when moused over.  Mountain terrain has plenty of these, but I believe city terrain is the best, ironically.  Very little map variation means much higher chance to get the one with the trees.
