Go make one. You can get help in the modding section. Fallout 3 never was and never will be Fallout, therefore, no Fallout 3 interface for FOnline as default.

AP yes, HP not really (it require some changes in client scripts). Btw, what for? We already have nice interface...

If you like AP style, just make interface for you own with one line in *.png file for example.

Well Fall3 is not all evil but it seems that it is cool to say so. FOnline in fact uses some ideas from F3 like items deterioration. And concerning the interface, if you like the hi tech feel Doctor Eex made a really nice one http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?topic=13003.0

It may be "cool" to say that the FO3 interface was shit, it may be not fallouty, but it was functional. Technically, this is very much possible (after font colour changing abilities soon hopefully ) to rebuild, but why do this? You have an already perfect looking and fitting standard interface.
