Single shots hit random body parts

I agree. I think this idea would add a great deal to the game, but I'm not sure about modifying the critical chance on body parts hit in a burst.
Consider this: If you burst a target, it would calculate that how many bullets hit where, and apply critical chance bonuses. An Avenger Minigun would puke out 40 bullets of which one bullet might hit the eyes, get the +60% crit and damage bonuses resulting from the crit, blind/knockout/etc, another 2 would likely hit either arm, quite possibly giving a crippling effect, and so on.
Although this is realistically how things might turn out, I think it would be vastly imbalanced. Each burst under those conditions would probably give the target multiple crippling effects, drop their weapon, knock them down/out, blind them, and heaven forbid they implement bleeding in this game...
So yeah. Just remove the various body parts' bonus to critical chance in the case of bursting and it's golden, IMHO.

For now, this seems like a good give. Of course the 30% DR ignore would only work with single shot :P.
