Single shots hit random body parts

I don't think they could be very equal. I think that if a build works well in TB but might not be very adapted to RT, or vice versa, the situation is quite balanced.

95% of all pvp is done in real time. And you call this situation balanced?
Anyways just wait until 3D animations then fastshot will be badass. ;D

The possibility of a balance of the kind I typed about exists. There are some really good TB builds you can use. The way I see it, it's not about which mode is used more (RT or TB), but about how each build work in each combat mode.
