Tent sharing

Is there a way to share tents with other people, like bases... but with tents...

Only way to share is to create the tent with people. So players that are not here when the tent is created will never be able to see it. That's why bases are more useful.

Awesome to know.  Wish I was aware of this before my friend placed his tent where he did.  We were hoping if he placed his tent in the same area as mine, we could start up a tent village ;D  But instead it didn't work, so he just left my tent went to the world map and placed his in the same exact area as mine, so even though it's shared with me now I can't get to it because going to the tent there goes to my tent in the EXACT same location..  Oh well.
