Where i can learn big guns 3

Please help where i can learn profession big guns 3.
What skills are needed .
If it isn't avible tell me where i can buy new LSW i meane detoriation 0% net repaired.

Learn nowhere.
LSW comes from encounters with NPC - somehow damaged. Perhaps if it comes from cave, it could be new, but never saw there any.
