Not at the moment, *eventually* it should be a bit of a longer process, but I just stuck something simple in to get them on the server (since they'd been waiting ages)

always wanted to be part of the brotherhood of steel, even i i do not get a complimentary power armour for joining, btw, will i be able to command one of thos huge loonies, always wanted a right hand man/woman in power armour, i bet that'd scare the bajeesus out of prospective pkers

The way to get level 3 Big Gun:
You have to quit you're faction.
Take 15 Rocket AP and talk to the left guy at the BoS.
After go to level 3 and give 4500 caps to Peter.
gordulan:
15 ap rockets, that seems a lot to join the BOS, but the quit faction this is a real no brainer...
