The higher speech skill, the more often you can ask, or implement something else that would make speech more useful.
This is something I agree on other than degrading the few female players we have, or getting more of something we do not need right now; caps.
and if all these other ideas get approved why not implement a sex doll that you can use once every 15 mins you suffer a -1 to STR and END for 5 minutes and get a +2 CH Since your character is tired but happy.

This is perhaps the most pathetic thing imaginable. Two dimensional conversations about degrading women further. Seriously, if you are looking for some pathetic limp-dick scenarios, seek something more interesting than FOnline as your venue.
Beyond it being pathetic, too many opportunities to be abused by the morally bankrupt- as if the PKs, campers, bombers, thieves and trolls wern't enough.
