In New Reno, there are tons and tons of prostitutes...  There is no point to them except atmosphere right now.  They have different descriptions occassionaly and are obviously for hire, although there is no dialogue/mechanic for it sadly.

Well first things first, what service(s) specifically will they provide?

Well, one dialogue line is "Need someone to warm your tent" or something, you could hire a prostitute to go to your tent, and have your own personal whore .  She would direct you to some random pimp about buying her off.  depending on barter the price is changed around a bit.  Then you can buy.  When you buy the prostitute she disappears from her previous placement, another prostitute takes her place within 30 minutes.  And the prostitute you bought is spawned at your tent.  (understand that this is the tent that your character made, no shared tents, you cannot pick)

[with a certain amount of speech you can convince the prostitute to run away with you from her pimp, but there should be a chance the pimp will randomly spawn in your tent, demanding the whore back or he could draw gun and start shooting, if you lose at this either dialogue or combat you lose the whore, or a random encuonter.]

 You can have her whore for you for caps,  you will need to provide her with condoms to do so. (The town must be within 5 tiles, she disappears and comes back later [idk 3 RL hours?] with about 5-1000 caps.  "its been a slow day come on!" "no bitch!  I tol' you get my money! *slaps*"  "Get back out there!" or "Fine, take a break, I'll be back to tell ya your next shift"

There are many other things prostitutes could do i suppose...  you do have your own whore afterall.  

And no it will not require any Charisma, they are just there with some special services, much like the homesteader/farmer.  (Which gives me the idea of putting them in bases as well, you can choose tent or base)

Critique is open as long as its constructive, not that i can stop anyone from doing the opposite  .

I'm all for adding atmosphere, lore and general feel wise, but sorry Michel. this one seems like a nice idea, but not for a multiplayergame. :/ It will only add lots of possible bug sources, while not enhancing the "gameplay". The idea itself is nice, but won't happen until a scripter is really really bored.

Are you sure?  I mean not everything needs to be added that is posted in the suggestion.  It could work almost exactly like homesteader/farmers, and she can go to base, where you must give her condoms to do work for you.

I'm for adding hookers for fun, or as away to make pixel money, but if you add female hookers, you should be able to hire a big manly mobster skin guy, or one of those farmer hill billy guys.

Just having female hookers makes things too serious, having farmers around that like it when you call them "perdy" lightens things up.

(Plus having only female hookers is sexist and stuff... or so i've heared...)

Or lose your tent!  That'd be great.
 But honestly, I'm not sure what services she'd be qualified to provide except skanky sex.  Caps for bangin?  Seems strange, you're a pimp with only one bitch.  Could be a random amount of caps (1-100) every real life day.  That makes it more like a novelty.
Oh, and it should be something at base, not at a tent.  And also, maybe gang members could bang her for caps.  No bonus of any sort, except for the "heh thats a cool feature" feeling.

I vote no. Our playerbase is almost entirely men, and then to add in the capturing, keeping and fucking of pixel wives? Weird and desperate.
