Selecting your own gang names

I chose no, because as I said on IRC, better would be buying bases without name. Faction names could be requested/bought later by additional cash.
For example:
"Some friends which don't want to take part in Town Control" now for time to time are fucked up because there isn't any name of base. With this idea they just buy base and nothing else. Now "gang" which want to show their power and take part in Town Control cannot do it because there isn't any name which can be taken. With this suggestion after they buy base they go to "Official Departament of Factions" or something like that and buy name from list. That's all :)
